Robert S. Freideman is an experienced attorney who has served clients for more than 30 years. He is an honors graduate of Yale University (B.A.) and studied law at the Georgetown University Law Center from which he holds both the Juris Doctor law degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation. Before starting this law firm, Mr. Freideman was a founding and managing partner of Freideman, Irelan, Ward & Lamberton, P.C.

Mr. Freideman is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars as well as of the bars of the federal district courts and courts of appeal for these jurisdictions. He provides estate planning and other legal services in Virginia in association with Virginia counsel.

Mr. Freideman is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and the Taxation Sections of the American Bar Association and of the ABA’s General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar’s Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Section and its Taxation Law Section and of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Sections of Elder Law, Estate and Trust Law and Taxation.
